If you need to get contractors on site for say equipment maintinance or installation then they will need a work permit.
In order to get a work permit they will need to provide the following:

They can then ensure all the documents are correct prior to the contractors visit to ensure there are no delays when they arrive.
You can organise a parking space for them by contacting main reception giving them their details and date they will be visiting:
They can also send a PDF giving directions to the campus if required.
Estates can also issue them with a parking permit as they may have to park near to where they are carrying out the work which may not be near a public car park.
